I'm glad to be reading all these Titan posts.  I too have a Titan that acts squirrely when driving in crosswinds and thru semi truck wakes.  It's not violent or anything, but noticable.  Sort of like driving a MUCH smaller vehicle in the same situation.  I am quite disappointed with this characteristic, but have learned to live with it.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the suspension on the Titan as yet. I took mine in a few weeks back cause when I have to do a correction on the fwy there's an abnormal sway in the rear end. Normally a truck will fishtail one way and then correct. The Titan fisthails both directions before correcting. Also when I drive next to a vehicle of equal size the wind bouncing back at me moves me like I was in a small size truck. So I took it in to the dealer....after 2 trips. 1 for a day when they acknowledged it was an issue and unsafe but couldn't figure out the problem, then for 2 days for them to look at it again b4 they called out one of the nissan engineers to look at it. After the second trip they test drove another Titan and said it was "normal". How does something go from abnormal and unsafe...to normal in the matter of a week? Just because another Titan does it, may make it normal, NOT safe. Anyone else noticing this kind of problem, not to mention it tracks on the freeway like cr@*#. Thing is I talked to my uncle about the problem, he had a buddy that had the same exact issue with a tacoma and found out Toyota was using too wimpy of a leaf spring causing it to control irratically.

Tell the dealer to put it on the alignment machine and check it. If they don't do it then take it to a shop and spend the 50 bucks and have it checked for your safety. If anything is wrong then take the bill back to the dealer and have them pay you back. Alignment is covered for the first 12k or 1 year. My truck was pulling when I bought it and they aligned it at 6k with no charge and its in your warranty book.

I've got 12K miles on a Titan XE w/o big tow and I have been happy with the handling at all speeds.  I have driven several trucks and the Titan handles better than the Chevys and Ford I had.  The dealer also aligned mine at 6K miles for free.  I had run over a deep hole going 20 mph though so I can't say it was bad engineering.
