I had the same problem right after I bought my 2005 Titan.  It was a crack in the plastic condensate pan just under the passengers side dash.  It took about 2 weeks to get the part from Japan but my dealership fixed it and I have not had any more problems.

I had the same problem with my 2004 crew cab. Everytime I put the A C on it would leak onto the front passenger carpet. Dealer took dashboard apart to gain access to AC condenser housing unit where as the drain hose was blocked by a piece of rubber insulation. Had to bring it back two weeks later to have the same job done again because the meatball that worked on it the first time didn,t do the job right. The second repair seemed to do the job because the leak has not yet happened again.

I had this problem right after I got my '05.  It was a crack in the condensate pan under the dash.  It had to be ordered from Japan (even though the truck is made in Canton, MS).  Took about 2 weeks.  Dealer fixed it at no charge and I have not had any another problems with it.

I have had my truck in 3 times and it will never be fixed, the carpet is ruined. I will go back to my Chevys when this is all done.
