I get a light roar when steering left.  I'm going to get it to the dealer soon to check, but I hadn't seen any posts on this issue.  I've got 12k on the odometer.

I have about 33K on my Titan and it just recently started making noise when I turn the wheel fast.  The sound is similar to what I 've heard in older cars with a bad power steering pump or low power steering fluid level (my fluid level is fine).  I have it in the shop now to have a whole laundry list of problems fixed.  We'll see what they come up with.

Just heard back from the dealership.  They found a leaking power steering hose that was causing the noise I previously described.  Unrelated to the steering, they also claim to have discovered a leak in one of the transmission cooler lines.  Said they'll have to order parts and I'll be stuck without a truck for a while.

Well, the noise while turning left ended up being chop on the front tires from being out of alignment.  It was hard to believe that tires could make a noise like grinding metal.  Fortunately I rotated the tires myself and this mistake did not cost me anything yet.  My Titan is turning smoothly now...and I didn't lose my lug wrench!  ....So now there's this AC compressor rumble at idle when I am at stoplights...
