I recently discovered the front passanger side carpet is soaked in my '05 Crew SE Titan. I barely have 14K miles on it. So now I'm driving around with the heat blasting and windows down to try to dry it off. I will call the dealer today and get them to fix it.....

Has anyone else had this problem?

Were you running your AC recently?  Cars have a vent tube for the condesation coming off the evaporator.  If that gets clogged it just fills up the air box till it has a spot to drain.  Usually out a vent and onto the carpet.

Since your saying water and not coolant, you don't have to worry about your heater core being busted.

My 2005 has started doing the same thing.  I havn't had on the a/c or defroster in quite some time...it does stay dry when I leave the front mat out.  It seems to cause condensation with the mat in.  Could it be the Catalytic converter??????????????????

I had this same problem and the dealer just figured out what it was. There is a small leak in the body just under the bottom left corner of the windshield (from the drivers view inside the truck) they thouht it was leak in the windshield but after testing it and removing the pieces around the windshield they discoverd the small hole. the hole leaks down through the body and into the passenger carpet area. Driving the truck and getting the floor warm with the exhausetjust amplifies the problem and builds additional condensation under the bottom of the rubber floor mat. They tried to fix mine with some epoxy and it has been a bit over a week and it looks like it didn't work. They said if it didn't work they would have to remove some body panels and weld a patch over the hole. Looks like my truck is goind to the body shop for a while

Iwas informed the only way to fix is to take the entire engine out of the truck.

I don't have the probelem now cause I am not using the ac  but come summer it will be soaked all the time.  It was wet from when I bought it in may till 2 weeks ago when it cooled down for winter.

Update...now my Titan SE has 28000 miles and the carpte still gets wet.

The Dealer looked at it and they claim its a clogged AC drain hose....that's bull!
