i do city driving and i noticed that my truck is doing at least 10m/gal. is this normal or do i need a tune up? any suggestions?

Is it brand new? If so, then sounds about normal. After a break in period of 1000 miles or so, you should see slight gains in mpg in town driving. I get 13-14 mpg city as of now.

Maybe on the highway, doing the speed limit, no a/c, not towing anything, and going with the wind. The most I've gotten on a tank is about 340 miles, all on highway, doing 70-75. Not bad for a full size truck though.
