i just replaced my in cabin filter.They say you should do it once a year or 15,000 miles. Well mine is 20,000 miles and 15 months.

My friendly dealer told me it would be much cheaper for me to do it, 95.00 from them or 32.00  for me to purchase the filters and install myself.

When I opened the filter compartment ,There wasn't any filter in it, no wonder my inside windows foged up easily and alway had to dust off the dashboard.

I recommend everyone to check to see if they actually have the filters installed.

It's located behind the glove box. I believe there are instructions in the Owner's Manual.

Is it true that there are (or should be) two filters in there?

Correct! The air filter is accessable by removing the glove box compartment.There are 8 screws to remove the entire assembly. Once pulled out , the cabin filter compartment is in the upper right. One screw removes the cover . The filter is rectangular and the opening to the air chamber is only the width of one filter.what you do is slide the filter in then push it to the right side ,  thenput the second filter in ,close thecover and replace all  the screws and you have clean air.         &n bsp;

I just checked mine @ 21K miles and they are there, but dirty.  I'm going to pick up a new pair tomorrow.

Thanks for the reminder!

I do believe that the micro filter is standered on all models.
