Keep your foot out of it! LOL ! I get 12 to 14mpg depending on how I drive it in town. I got 12.6 on the highway but had a terrible head wind.

Oklahoma to Tx trip I got 16.7 MPG going down the turnpike at avg speed of 80 MPH. I hit 110 MPH trying to catch my front door once and learned that the cruise control only sets up to 92 MPH. I don't know if I believe these numbers myself, but it was the first time I've had it on open road. My mileage in rush hour in Austin sucks, but I enjoy the most comfortable seat on the road. Check out the boat launch - ALL six wheels in the water (mud) and didn't even spin once!

Nice pic.
15 mpg city 22 mpg highway, and that's driving to show off.

New to the forum, just got my truck. With only 770 miles I'm getting 19.5 HWY, still haven't really broken it in yet.

19.5?
You drive down hill all the time? lol
If that's true you better hold onto that gem. Or sell it at a premium to someone!

I've gotten only 16.5-16.9 mpg since new on the hwy, only about 11-12mpg in town. I have 25K on it now. It's a 4x4 with the tow package.
I even went to the extreme of installing a Banks exhaust and a Volant air intake.... made NO difference in milage, so I removed them both. (It did make some extra Hp though when you put your foot into it).
So now I just try to drive sensibly and pay the man (the oil companies) whats due....

I don't get it, I have been getting 12.5 MPG TO 11.6 MPG! What is with that? I have about 4,200 miles on it so far.
My brother has an '03 3500 Cummins 4X4 dullie Crew Cab, with a cap, and gets 15.5 MPG on the hiway. That truck is a beast.
