Hello All...
I've been watching this site for awhile, but just now posting. I am one of what seems like few people that am okay with the problems I've had with my truck. I'm 28 and this is my 11th vehicle (1 Ford, 1 Jeep, 8 GM products) The ONLY vehicle I never had issues with was my 05 Chevy colorado that I bought new and kept for 2 months. My only issue is the "no loaner cars from Nissan", which Nissan has not responded to my complaints yet.
So the actual problem: My driver side door speaker is acting up, but only in 20 degree or lower temps, after sitting for awhile. I have the RF package. Was driving home from work one morning (truck sat outside overnight) radio was at 12 on the volume level. Heard a "POP" about 5 minutes into my drive and knew it was a speaker... rest of way home speaker sounded blown. Next day the darn thing sounds fine, even at high volumes! It has sounded like it's blown 2 other times, both after sitting outside in very cold temps. No other speaker does it, and it always goes back to sounding fine w/i a day! Anybody got any idea's or similar issues? I'm no audiophile, but know it's not "just because the speaker is cold".
Thanks! Dennis
